Shipping time and fees?

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What happens if I am very happy with my order?

Hopefully you will want to leave us a great photo review on our website and recommend us to your friends  🙂 

What if I am not happy with my order?

We do our best to keep our customers happy. If you’re not happy with your order please send us a short video showing and explaining the issue and we will be able to send you a free replacement or offer you free store credit when we receive the video and confirm the issue. 

What happens if my order is delayed or if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive an order or if its been delayed please email us at [email protected] and we will surely assist you with the issue. We will be able to send you a replacement free of charge, offer you free store credit, send you a refund or update you on the delivery status, depending on the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel an order please email us at [email protected]. We can never guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

What currency are your prices in?

Our prices are in USD.

Can I return an item and get a refund?

You can return an item you purchased from our website for up 30 days after receiving it.  We will be able to issue a refund once we receive the returned item.

Will I have to pay the Shipping Cost for returns?

You will have to pay shipping costs for the return. As we do not cover return shipping our customer service team always tries to find a more suitable and beneficial solution for our customers when they experience an issue with their orders. Depending on the issue, we will be able to offer you a free replacement, free store credit or exchanges at a reduced price, without having to return the original item. In these cases, we may require video evidence showing the issue at hand in order to confirm the issue on our end.
