Refund Policy

Exchanges and replacements

Our easy exchange policy lasts 10 days. If you experience issues with your purchase and notify us by email at customerservice@bestgrandmasgiftshop.com before 10 days have gone by since delivery date, we will be able to assist you by sending a replacement at no or reduced cost. Our goal is to keep you happy and satisfied and we will do our best to make that happen! 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. Postage would be at the expense of the buyer.
Please make sure to email us at customerservice@bestgrandmasgiftshop.com and we will provide you with the return address and answer any other questions you may have in this regard. 

Refunds 
Once the item has been shipped and the order fulfilled we can no longer cancel the order and you will need to wait until you receive the item to ship it back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
There is often some processing time (could take up to a month) before a refund is posted it is perfectly normal there is no need to worry about it. For more information please contact us at customerservice@bestgrandmasgiftshop.com

Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If your package is returned to us we will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you we will hold your package for 60 days from the date of the invoice. The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If we have not heard from you within 60 days we will issue an in store credit for your invoice amount, less shipping, any billed or applicable fees (includes Priority Processing) plus a 25% restocking fee. This credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issue. If customer chooses not to have their order reshipped any refunds will be made in accordance with our returns and refunds policy
