Exchanges and replacements

Our easy exchange policy lasts 10 days. If you experience issues with your purchase and notify us by email at support@grandmasgiftshop.com before 10 days have gone by since delivery date, we will be able to assist you by sending a replacement at no or reduced cost. Our goal is to keep you happy and satisfied and we will do our best to make that happen! 

Delayed delivery or undelivered orders

If you do not receive an order or it has been delayed over the expected time frame please email us at support@grandmasgiftshop.com and we will assist you with the issue. We will be able to offer you a refund or send you a replacement free of charge in case of undelivered orders or offer you free store credit for delayed delivery. Please note that when the package has been sent it is no longer possible for us to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused within the 30 days period and in the same condition that you received it. Postage would be at the expense of the buyer.

We will need a tracking number for the returned package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days

To initiate a return please make sure to email us at support@grandmasgiftshop.com and we will provide you with the return address and answer any other questions you may have in this regard. 

Cancellation

To cancel an order please email us at support@gransmasgiftshop.com. We can never guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Late or missing refunds 

There is often some processing time (could take up to a month) before a refund is posted to your bank or credit card account. In our experience, it is perfectly normal. For more information please contact us at support@grandmasgiftshop.com

Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of incorrect or insufficient address, if your package is returned to us for any of these reasons we will provide a refund or a store credit for the order amount excluding shipping fees.
