The first order I had to repair several of the pieces as no color on parts of the numbers or spokes of the ship wheel...I bought a red and green glitter pen and filled in the white parts...the next set was great and all I had to add was the names and Merry Christmas so worked out great...I did forget to order 1 set of 4 persons for a cousin but Oh well...will send something different...

Cute, especially for this pandemic year - my family will love it....

I ordered three 2020 toilet paper Christmas ornaments (family of two, family of four, and family of five). The family of five ornament had an issue when it arrived. I contacted customer service, who was quick to respond and offer a path to resolution. Within days, the situation was addressed, and I received a new ornament that has no issues.



The ornaments are thin and light, which is perfect for a Christmas tree. The ribbon is the perfect length. The quality is as expected. I particularly like the glitter on these ornaments, which is why I ordered from this company. I am very happy with my purchases.

The only criticism I have is the Hand Sanitizer bottle writing is not clear, it just looks like a black blob because it is so small I'm sure it is difficult to get it to show up. It doesn't take away from the overall ornament. We will personalize it with our family names.

The design is adorable and the details are great, right down to the dotted line on the toilet paper. This is a cute little reminder of 2020 which now we can look back on in the rear view mirror. We personalized with an extra fine sharpie and sent them to all our family members. Grandma's gift was the only place to order from that was not directly from China so shipping was fast and easy.
